1/2 = 1 divided by 2 = 0.5

It is easier to change fractions and mixed numbers to decimals to organize them.

Teacher reviewed how to express decimals and mixed numbers as fractions, examples on how to use a number line to order rational numbers. We read about properties for addition and multiplication, also concentrated on inverse property of addition (the opposite) and inverse property of multiplication (the reciprocal).
