Goal: Determine the measure of angles whose vertics are at the center of the circle.

New knowledge:
Circles

The center is the point that is the same distance from all points on the circle.
A radius is any segmnet that has one endpoint at the center of the circle and the other endpoint on the circle.
A chord is any segment with both endpoints on the circle.
A diameter is any chord through the center or the length of that segment.
A central angle is any angle with its vertex at eh center of the circle and sides that intersect the circle.

Apply: p.399 (1-11) question 12. Define: a) Supplementary angles b) Vertical angles

Homework: Study the material given in class today for a quiz tomorrow.
